Cancellation & Refund Policy

Each file is delivered instantly after payment, so an order cannot be cancelled once the payment is successful. You can close the payment window at any time before paying and you will not be charged.

We refund payments only for failed transactions, which means:

• money was deducted from your account but the payment failed or stayed pending, or
• the payment succeeded but the file could not be delivered and still does not download when you try again.

If a download fails after payment, first click the same download button again on the same device. Your payment is remembered and you will not be charged a second time.

• The file was downloaded successfully.
• Mistakes in the details you entered, such as spelling, dates or the photo. Please check the free preview carefully before paying.
• You changed your mind, or chose a different design or format after downloading.
• Requests made more than 7 days after the payment.

Email marathibiodatamaker@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment with your Razorpay payment ID (starts with pay_), the date of payment and a short description of the problem.

Failed payments that were deducted are usually reversed automatically by Razorpay or your bank. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, and banks typically take 5–7 working days to show the amount in your account.
